Hi.

I was told about some i18n bugs by the Catalan translator, and I went
ahead and fixed two cases in gnome-applets. This results in need for
updated translations in that module. Seeing as this was a matter of

- adding #include <config.h> to a file
- adding _() marking of a string

I went out on a limb and commited without approval. Sorry for that. And
I promise I won't do it again as long as I get blanket permission to fix
these things ;)
