Hotkeys in po (fwd)

Is there a tool for checking duplicated mnemonics in the user interface? I
think someone mentioned that gettext had this functionality now, but I'm
unable to find any references to it right now.
Any pointers?

We'd like to know if there is a way (maybe a tool...) to check duplicated
hotkeys(mnemonics) in the translated po files.
Or will we have to test the app just be able to see if there are duplicated
hotkeys?
