Now (since team re-created) you can send your translations to me and in
parallel request for CVS access.
Also there exists gnome-cyr@gnome.org mailing list. Historically it is
used for discussion of problems with Russian in GNOME and Russian
translations, but problems with Cyrillic are common for us. English in
conversations is allowed and understood :)
