a fuzzy gtksourceview message

I'm not sure if next question should i ask on this mailing list...

Well, on gtksourceview there is a message that I cann't understand:

"SQL*Plus At Sign"  What did it mean? 

SQL*Plus as far as i know it's a tool to handle SQL querys. But _At
Sign_... what is it?
