Hi guys,
can I commit the patch attached to bug #102411?
It breaks string freeze, but it should not create problems to
translators since it only removes strings without modifying existing
ones or adding new ones.
Please, note that the ChangeLog entry is wrong (I will fix it) and the
support for Startup Notification has already been added.
