We have discussed raising the required level for "Supported" from 80% to
90%, so this "stamp" actually is equivalent with *very* complete
translations. (hopefully of high quality as well :)
Ie. translations that are complete enough for daily work.
If there isn't too much fuzz about this, we will change it for the next
release (2.2.1).
