Yes. One person added his name with iso-8859-1 letters, others with
iso-8859-2, and so on...

Thanks for your offer! However, I don't remember which ones. There's
probably many of these scattered around in cvs. We should really try to
remember to file Bugzilla bugs for these badly encoded ChangeLogs. I
will try to do so, and cc: you. Perhaps more people could help to find
these non-UTF-8 ChangeLogs.
