Yes, for the moment I would like to change the speaker used for the
whole desktop : It will be great because my whole gnome 2 environment is
installed with french locale but I don't know how to do !

Yes I'm interrested but Perhaps it will be difficult for me to help you
because I'm not a developper : I'm not totally newbie in programming
since I learn a few programmming languages but is was twelve years ago !
