Ouch!
Such a design isn't localizable in many languages. For example, in
Swedish "queen of hearts" is called "hjärter dam".
"Dam av hjärter" or even "hjärter av dam" doesn't make sense.
Please allow for these terms to be fully translated in their own,
instead of piecewise translation that won't work in many languages. So
you would have:
msgid "Queeen of hearts"
msgid "King of hearts"
...
etc
