Dzongkha - Bhutan

Hi

I am setting up a project to co-ordinate the translation of Gnome, KDE & documentation into Dzongkha (dz) the national language of
Bhutan (BT) - and generally to  enable support for Dzongkha in Open Source software. Dzongkha uses the Tibetan script.
