old GIMP tips translations

Hi,

the GIMP CVS tree still has a couple of old tips translations in the
"tips" directory. These were left in CVS for your reference when
updating to the new scheme of translating gimp-tips.xml using po
files. We've removed the old files as soon as a matching po file was
added but there are still a couple of old files remaining because
there are no new translations yet:

  gimp_tips.hu.txt
  gimp_tips.it.txt
  gimp_tips.ko.txt
  gimp_tips.ru.txt
  gimp_tips.tr.txt
  gimp_tips.uk.txt

I would like to remove these files from CVS before the 2.0 release. So
in case your language is among this list, please consider to add a po
file for your language before I remove the .txt file since it might be
helpful as a reference.
