I need Balkan Free Software contacts

Hi guys,
I am Alexander Shopov from Bulgaria,
Can members of the Balkan languages translation groups write to me on my 
personal e-mail (ash@contact.bg) and provide me with contacts with their 
Free Software organizations and LUGS?
I mean countries like:
Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Bosnia, Albania, Greece, Turkey, 
Cyprus (both parts), Macedonia. Sorry if I missed someone, but as you 
know, borders here tend to change, and Geography is not my strength.
