Ok, I'm ashamed that I allowed the Norwegian to slip by. It's also
supported, and thanks to Christian Fredrik Kalager Schaller for
spotting the ommission.
Because of the omission, it gets it's unique "å" this time, to
compensate for the grief and pain Norwegian users and translators
suffered.
So, here's the diff.
