Problems with gimp-tips and sr@Latn

Hi, that's what I see at the status pages log:

Validating gimp-tips.xml.
gimp-tips.xml:40: validity error: Syntax of value for attribute lang of welcome is not valid
    <welcome xml:lang="sr@Latn">&lt;big>Dobrodo¨li u GIMP !&lt;/big></welcome>
                               ^
gimp-tips.xml:58: validity error: Syntax of value for attribute lang of thetip is not valid

I think that it's a problem like the one we had with .desktop files and
the @ char
