The safe solution is to mark that message as fuzzy (add a comment like
"#, fuzzy" before the msgid), because then a translator will become
aware of the omission through translation status pages.
Of course, I guess it's ok to fix things like this in some instances,
perhaps even this one. It's better to have translator fix it, because
(s)he would realize where the error was, and would not repeat it (when
translatable strings are used as settings).
