Btw, please note that we have the "l10n" product and its language
components in Bugzilla exactly for this -- so that translation bugs can
be assigned to the right translators already in Bugzilla. I've moved
this bug there now.

IMHO, you should try to ask the Italian translator(s) first and let them
have a chance to fix it themeselves, but if you don't get any response
it should of course be OK to fix bugs with misspelled markup like this
yourself.
