Some modules not in status/gnome-2.4/ URL

At least Basque GNOMe translations has began. Some question, I've got
not found next modules in 
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp/status/gnome-2.4/eu/extras/index.html

Are not needed into GNOME 2.4?

	oaf
	Scrollkeeper

Those are into CVS but not on above URL, so I think there are
translatables too, no?
	
	bonobo
	bonobo-activation
	gnome-iconedit
	gnome-libs
	gnome-print
	libcapplet

	Guppi2 and Guppi3 <- which version shoul I take, 
			     Guppi 2 or Guppi3?

Gnome-system-tool is like gnome-system-monitor?
