You should send the files to the Macedonian GNOME translation team.

"Macedonian".

Yes, that's correct, and you should get in contact with your language
team in the GNOME Translation Project if you want to contribute a
translation for a particular language. In this case that would be the
Macedonian team, since you want to contribute a Macedonian translation.
The persons in that team can help you get your translation committed, or
at least they know what to do with it in order to get it committed.
