tracking changes

I'm not aware of any th.po commit this month, but the
status shews that Thai translations went up about 1%.

How can I find out which th.po files has been edited in
the past two weeks?  Can I ask cvs to email me when
someone makes change to a file?  I tried 'cvs watch
add', but got an error.
