Still, having the mail with weekly changes is a good notification if the
supportedness of any GNOME 2.6 translation suddenly drops below 100% or
so. And, as Adam pointed out, the GNOME 2.6 translations are still the
most important, but the GNOME 2.8 ones perhaps the most interesting. So
I think having both would be ok, if you want to do it. Just make it
clear in the subject which GNOME release the stats are based on.
