README for translators in help directory ?

Hi,
I'm in the process of moving gnome-netstatus to gnome-doc-utils, but
there's this file:
http://cvs.gnome.org/viewcvs/gnome-netstatus/help/C/l10n.txt?view=markup
It contains some informations for translators. Should I put a
README.translators in help/ ? Or do you have already something for this
kind of stuff?
