gnome-doc-utils breakage

On the gnome-2-10 branch of gnome-doc-utils, the vi.po file had a faulty
translation that was causing the stylesheets not to build properly.  The
translation was for "format.figure.label".  It used the %1 formatter
instead of the %t formatter.

I've fixed this, and I'll be releasing gnome-doc-utils 0.2.2.  I don't
anticipate making any more releases on this branch.  Translators should
focus their efforts on HEAD.
