Hi guys,
cvs-po-commit mail list is seriously broken.
It has been broken since 05 August 2005 at least.
Yes.
Does no one use this mail list?
If the list has been broken for 2 months and no one complained - maybe
it is time to just erase that list.
I use it. I find it useful (when it works). It would be nice if the
list is fixed, but I don't even know what is wrong with it.
:(
I think the commits list is also used for the CIA pages, such as
http://cia.navi.cx/stats/author/telsa
which are really useful.
My understanding is that a bug report should be filed at Bugzilla to get
the proper person to to fix it.
There was a similar issue at FreeDesktop, with the fontconfig mailing list.
I mailed Keith who is listed as list-admin at
http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/fontconfig
but nothing happened.
I also mailed the fontconfig list directly, still no response.
Then, on IRC (xorg-devel) I was told to bugzilla it, and in a few hours
it got resolved:
https://bugzilla.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5109
Alexander, could you please make the bugzilla report?
Simos
