Slovenian gnome coordinator change

Since there was no reply, i am sending this again:

Hello!

I have been the coordinator of slovenian translation for gnome for last
five years. Unfortunately my time is quite limited and i'd like to pass
the torch to new translation leader.

So, I'd like to put Matjaz Horvat <matjaz owca info> at the place of
coordinator of Slovenian translation. He agrees with his new role.

For now i'd like to keep CVS access in order to help with possible
problems.

What are next steps I have to do to finish the transition? Among other
things he needs cvs access.
