How to update Persian translation of GNOME modules?

Hi.
I want to contribute in GNOME desktop Persian translation. I have some strings translated, and I want to see if I can update the PO files. How I can do that? Should I send them for someone? For example Mr. Pournader(current maintainer)? Or I can commit them on CVS? Is there a way to have an account on the CVS?
