It's probably that I am sending this from an dynamic IP without
hostname, so your server is refusing my connections.

That's exactly the reason: if you don't feel so strongly about
it, then instead, don't add these strings :)
It's either "your current little free time" vs. "current little free
time" times 40 translators: logic is very simple here, and it easily
explains the string freeze ;)
