Please no. However, feel free to ask on this list (or on the
irc.gnome.org channel #i18n) if anyone can commit the files for you.

Once you have had some po files contributed to CVS, feel free to apply
for a CVS account by following the instructions on
http://live.gnome.org/NewAccounts .
