Totem-pl-parser split

Heya,

The playlist parser in Totem was split from the main Totem module, so
that it can be more easily updated on its own, and avoid upgrade
problems on distros.

The module is: totem-pl-parser

I've filed a bug against jhbuild to update its module sets:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=501231

The bugzilla component is still the "playlist parser" component in
Totem. Could the nice bugmasters create the totem-pl-parser module?

As for the release and i18n teams, could they make sure the new module
gets added to the Desktop release?

Existing application will just need a rebuild, and distro packages an
update in build requirements.
