Effectively strings from gfloppy ui is part of gnome-utils.pot.

The gfloppy manual appear here:
http://progress.gnome.org/module/gfloppy

But I don't see it referenced anywhere from the language pages (eg.
http://progress.gnome.org/languages/fr/gnome-2-18)
