The outcome is different between various projects. Some maintainers are
happy to see whatever newest translation they can get via private submission,
while others insist you must submit via TP robot, and even worse -- some
selected few projects ignore translation both via TP robot or private channel.
No general rule here. One must try.

Sad that TP people seems to be too busy lately to handle various problems.
