Call for PaperBox 0.2 translations

Hi,

I plan release a new version of PaperBox [1] [2] [3] on Wednesday.
If you could update or add a translation for your language, that would
be great. There are not many strings and it should be straightforward.
You'll need the latest gtkmm-utils [4] to build it.

If you notice a problem, or think I should postpone the release,
please tell me.
