Please help me get this translation into the 
repo, since I do not have an account. 

Here is the first translation of GIMP tips to the 
icelandic language. 
The translation is to be added to the repository, 
since it did not exist before. The file is named 
tips_gimp-HEAD-tips-is.po and should be saved in 
the svn sandbox at: gimp/po-tips/is.po . 
Enclosed is also a suggested ChangeLog entry. 

The file is of course error checked, but has 
not been checked against a running application.
