Problem is that there's some very few modules still depending on it, see
e.g. http://live.gnome.org/GtkPrintPort .
So if you have enough translators manpower and want to provide a
complete translation, it still needed, though there should probably be a
hint in damned-lies that this has low priority (removing it from the
desktop category and having a new "heading towards deprecation" category
with an explanation maybe?).
