Does damned-lies also show the outstanding reviews without needing to
login?

Yes, you can access this page without be authenticated for example:
http://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/vino/HEAD/po/fr

and anyone must be able to download the files stored in /media/upload, eg.
http://l10n.gnome.org/media/upload/vino-HEAD-po-fr-48.po

Olav, could you give this right to anyone, please?
