DL Czech l10n team details update

Hello,

I'd like to request a DL Czech l10n team details update with the
following information:

Czech Translation Team Page:

Mailing List:

I assume this is the team coordinator's responsibility but since he's
unresponsive for the time being, I do the request instead of him
(cc'ing him anyway). Furthermore, I believe he wouldn't be against it
considering he's the original author of the team wiki page and has
participated in the mailing list discussions before.
