Request string freeze break in gnome-panel

Hey,

I'm going to commit a number of important bug-fixes for the new clock
applet later today or tomorrow. One of the fixes introduces a few new
strftime formats for the display of the localized time for each location
in the popup. Since strftime formats are traditionally marked as
translatable, this will introduce two new strings. I don't forsee a big
need to translate them, though. The strings are:

"%l:%M <small>%p (%A)</small>"
"%H:%M <small>(%A)</small>"
"%l:%M <small>%p</small>"
"%H:%M"

I'll make sure to add translator hints before committing the patch.
