Request to fix strings mentioned in bug 517348

Hi,

This is a request for permission to break the current string freeze to
fix the bad grammer in the strings mentioned in bug 517348[1].

The current strings suffer from very bad grammer which sounds
unprofessional and also confusing to native english speakers. The actual
meaning of the strings would be unchanged.
