String changes in gnome-control-center trunk

Hi,

There were some strings added to gnome-control-center trunk which will
appear in the next 2.23.x release. These are part of a new feature of
the Shortcuts preferences, which now allow the user to reassign a
shortcut if already in use.

New strings are:

"The shortcut \"%s\" is already used for\n\"%s\""

"If you reassign the shortcut to \"%s\", the \"%s\" shortcut "
"will be disabled."
