i don't expect any committer to introduce 148 new strings at once, so
this must be a damned-lies bug. yes, the stable branches of gnome
software are always string- and UI-frozen. also see
http://l10n.gnome.org/module/evolution/#gnome-2-22 that this is a
damned-lies bug.
