Towards paperbox 0.3

Hi everyone,
I'll release Paperbox 0.3 next Wednesday (18.06.).
There haven't been any string additions since last release although
I have corrected comments regarding the meaning of three strings,
so the exact form of the translating strings might need to change
in some languages. And for those who wish to update an uncomplete
translation, now is the time :).
