Contrary to the hard code freeze, the string freeze remains forever.

Now if you'd like to ask for a string freeze break (targetting 2.24.1),
you should also explain why these changes are very important or fix
major bugs.

Yes, please. Another possible solution is to find an already translated
string which is similar to these new strings. But after a quick glance
to the changes, it seems to me they're mostly improvements.
