gimp localization

Hello All,

I have svn access to gimp that I can check out, commit my translation to svn 
server. but for a while I tried to update translation for Khmer by using SVN 
UP I did not get the string changes in my local directory. and I tried to look 
at them at http://l10n.gnome.org/module/gimp/ I saw there are some strings 
need to be tranlated or cleaned fuzzy.
Did I miss something with my svn up command?
