Is this the same as "Niw Englisc"?
I'm very sure that adding a locale to glibc will be rejected, especially
as it has been in the past for invented languages that nobody speaks.
What's the ISO 639 code of this? I guess it does not exist.

Hence I'm against creating such a team for GNOME.
If it will be allowed, I will also come up with my own language in a few
weeks and will set up a website for it.
