Okay, I have finally got around to applying to retrieve my old account,
so Welsh will shortly have at least one person able to commit. In the
meantime, there are some other patches lying around in Bugzilla for cy,
if someone would be kind enough to throw them in too.

I'm finding the whole git thing very complicated, not to say bizarre, 
so if there is an absolute idiot's guide which is up-to-date and 
relevant to translators, I'd be delighted to know about it.
