Remove 'Cat' language

Hi,

Can someone remove the cat language that showed in http://l10n.gnome.org
because of a cat.po file in mousetrap that I already removed since cat
isn't any language code, it has to be ca (for Catalan) and there's
already a mousetrap Catalan translation.

If I recall properly I already removed and asked to remove the cat
language before. Seems someone pushed again that file :S
