Request string freeze break in gnome-media

I would like to request a string freeze change for GNOME 2.26.

Note that if you do not have PulseAudio, that it is now impossible
to configure Sound Themes.  This is because the new Sound Theme
configuration has been moved to the new PulseAudio-only
gnome-volume-control.  When not using PulseAudio, gst-mixer is
used, which does not have any configuration for Sound Themes.

The patch in this bug fixes the gnome-media module so that gst-mixer
also shares the same code that the new gnome-volume-control uses to
configure the Sound Theme.

It adds a new tab to gst-mixer which needs a label "Sound Theme".
This is the only new string that requires translation to fix this
issue.

I think it is important to not lose the ability to configure
sound themes when not using PulseAudio.  Can I get approval for
this change?
