changes in the documentation of cheese

hello translators,

I'm letting you know that there are going to be some changes (well 
mostly new chapters!) in the cheese documentation.

I'm going to write some new chapters these days regarding the new burst 
mode, the preferences dialog and the webcam capture button.

When the new parts are in git I'll write another mail to inform translators.
