I just "fixed" it and pushed a 2.28 branch.

In such situation the easiest is to mark the string as fuzzy, like
this:

 #: gdl/gdl-dock-placeholder.c:440
 #, c-format
+#, fuzzy
 msgid "Something weird happened while getting the child placement for %p from parent %p"
 msgstr "%2$p valideynindən %2$p üçün törəmə yerləşdirilməsi alınarkən dəlicə bir şey baş verdi"

Btw the problem in this string is that there are two %2$p.
