What do you mean by approved? There is no automatic processing and when
you have committed the file, you can mark it as committed.

Let's see http://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/nautilus-sendto/master/po/oc for example. I chose "Informer du commit" in the list, I chose the file to commit and I validated. Despite that, I cannot see any change in it.
