Let's give some more time for Margulan to answer. You first wrote to
gnome-i18n on April 15. Let's say that if on May 15 Margulan didn't
answer, you'll be appointed as the new Kazakh coordinator.

Meanwhile I will commit your GTK+ partial translations.
